Before you write

• Not sure the Running Machine is right for your dog? Send us your dog's weight and breed. We will tell you honestly, including if it is not the right fit.
• Question about an order? Include your order number and we can look it up straight away.
• Returning something? Our returns page explains the process. Write to us and we will start it for you.
• Something arrived damaged? Send a photo with your message. It speeds everything up and we will sort it out.

We answer Monday to Friday. Messages sent over the weekend are picked up on Monday morning.
