This website is operated by Shannon Van Berwaer, Pucemaigne 1b, 7890 Ellezelles, Belgium, trading as ROV. ROV operates under the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small businesses, so no VAT number is shown. You can reach us at rov@gmail.com.

These Terms & Conditions govern every order placed on this website. By placing an order, you accept them.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in EUR and are the final price payable, with no VAT added at checkout. We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately; minor variations in colour or finish can occur. We may correct pricing or listing errors at any time before an order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, all processed securely through Shopify Payments and our payment partners.

Delivery

We currently ship to Belgium and the rest of the European Union, free of charge and with tracking. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Your right to change your mind (14-day legal withdrawal)

As an EU consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, write to us on the contact page within that period.

If you exercise this legal right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We will refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

This legal right is separate from, and in addition to, ROV's own 30-night trial described below, under which ROV covers the cost of the return.

No ROV product is currently excluded from this right.

ROV's 30-night trial

On top of your legal rights, every ROV product ships with a 30-night home trial. Try it with your pet, and if it is not the right fit, write to us and send it back, with the return covered by us. Full details are on our Refunds & Returns page.

Legal guarantee and warranty

All products sold on this site benefit from the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law, which covers defects present at the time of delivery. The ROV Running Machine additionally carries ROV's own 2-year commercial warranty on the frame and moving parts, as described on our Refunds & Returns page. Neither guarantee covers damage from misuse, normal wear, or unauthorised repairs.

Liability

We are liable for defective products and for our own errors under Belgian and EU law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by misuse of our products outside their intended purpose.

Intellectual property

All text, images and branding on this website belong to ROV and may not be reused without our written permission.

Complaints and mediation

If something goes wrong, write to us first on the contact page, most issues are resolved directly and quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
