OUR STORY

It started with a walk that didn't happen.

Every dog owner knows that evening. It is dark, it has been raining since noon, you got home late, and a pair of eyes follows you around the flat asking for the one thing you cannot give: a proper walk.

ROV exists for exactly that moment. We build gear that keeps a dog moving, fed, rested and safe inside a real home, on the days when the outside world does not cooperate.

Fewer things, chosen harder.

We are not a marketplace with ten thousand products. We keep the range short on purpose, and before anything joins it we ask the boring questions: does it hold up to daily use, is it safe when nobody is watching, will it still be in service next winter? If the answer wobbles, it does not go in.

And because promises are cheap, every product ships with a 30-night trial. Your dog decides, at home. If it is not right, send it back.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Belgium and the rest of the European Union, free of charge and tracked door to door.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days, tracked the whole way.

What if it does not suit my dog?

Every product comes with a 30-night home trial. If it is not right, write to us and send it back, with the return covered by us.
