What our customers say

ROV is a young brand. We launched recently, which means we do not yet have a wall of reviews to show you. We are not going to invent one.

Plenty of stores do. You have seen those pages: hundreds of five-star reviews, stock photos, a first name and a last initial, all posted in the same week. We would rather tell you the truth and let you judge us on what we can actually promise.

What we publish, and what we do not

• Every review on this page comes from a real, verified order. No exceptions.
• We do not write reviews ourselves, and we do not buy them.
• We do not delete a review because it is critical. If something went wrong, the review stays, and our reply stays with it.
• Reviews are published with the product and the date of purchase, so you can see what was actually bought, and when.

Instead of borrowed credibility, we put the risk on our side.

• 30-night trial. Try it at home with your dog. If it is not right, send it back.
• 2-year warranty on the treadmill, covering the frame and the moving parts.
• Free, tracked shipping, door to door.
• A real person answers. Write to us and you get a reply from someone who knows the products, not a ticket number.
