Is the Running Machine right for my dog?

The ROV Running Machine is non-electric and built for large and working dogs, up to 100 kg. Your dog sets its own pace and works against an adjustable incline, controlled entirely by how hard they push. Not sure it's the right fit? Message us your dog's weight and breed on the contact page and we'll confirm before you order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All payments are encrypted and processed securely at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Free, tracked shipping across Belgium and the EU. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

What if it doesn't suit my dog?

Every product ships with a 30-night home trial. Try it with your dog, and if it's not the right fit, write to us and send it back. The ROV Running Machine also carries a 2-year warranty on the frame and moving parts.

How do returns and refunds work?
