Your 14-day legal right of withdrawal

EU law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason. The direct cost of returning the item is yours to bear, and we refund the price paid including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

How to start a return

Write to us on the contact page with your order number. We will confirm the next steps and, once we receive and inspect the item, process your refund to the original payment method.

Return condition

Return the item in good, resalable condition, in its original packaging where possible. Items returned damaged, or used beyond what is needed to check them, may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

2-year legal guarantee

Every product on this site benefits from the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If something is defective or not as described, contact us on the contact page and we will sort it out. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear or unauthorised repairs.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo on the contact page as soon as possible. It speeds everything up and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
