How long does a 5L fill last?
It depends a lot on your dog's size: expect several weeks for a small dog, around ten days for a medium dog, and less than a week for a large dog.
What happens during a power cut?
With backup batteries installed, your programmed schedule keeps running. Without batteries installed, the clock may reset, so install them as soon as you set up the feeder.
Does the feeder work with an app?
No, this model is set directly from the on-device control panel, no app or wifi connection required.
Can the kibble get stuck?
As with any mechanical dispenser, very irregular or unusually shaped kibble can occasionally jam the mechanism. Standard-sized kibble works best.
Will the dispensing noise scare my dog?
Some dogs hesitate at the sound for the first few days before getting used to it, a common pattern with this type of feeder.
Does it work for cats too?
Yes, as long as the kibble size matches the dispensing mechanism opening.
